If we talk about Electrical and Electronics Engineering workbench or workstation the Ideal design should be with the measuring instruments placed on a shelf above the work surface. This shelf must be sturdy and firmly connected to the table. Mostly in a privately managed space the table most certainly would be completely made of wood. If we look at a more professional environment workstations are made on metal stands, however the table top maybe of wood. The device list is quite long and finding the right device for your own workplace may be tiresome at times. For a first orientation there are three criteria that should be clarified for an electronics lab:

- Space conditions
These three criteria provide a rough framework of the electronics lab modules. In order to select and purchase the most suitable device for your own use, you need to take a device-specific approach. Therefore, I will take a closer look at each device and study the purpose of each.
