Working of a lab hot air oven


Today we shall talk about the working of a lab hot air oven  which is done by using the forced circulation of hot air inside the chamber of oven. As it is a proven scientific theory that in any given enclosure the hot air rises above the cold air, So by utilising this principle when the hot air reaches the top of chamber it is circulated back to bottom by a fan installed inside the chamber and hence optimum amount of heat is achieved gradually inside the hot air oven.


The sterilisation cycle of the oven for two hours at a temperature of 180 Degree Celsius, the articles are allowed to remain inside the chamber, till the temperature drops down to 40 Degree Celsius. Then the articles are considered sterilised and are taken out of the oven.

The principle of operation of a hot air oven is based on the theory of air convection inside an electrically heated chamber. The double wall design of the Oven body and a digital p.i.d temperature control and display unit ensure a constant temperature profile in the chamber, precise operation of predetermined processes and short recovery time (return to the preset temperature) after door opening. This range of  ovens is highly economical in operation and easy to use. It is suitable for simple process of drying and heating of common materials. The units work noiseless.

INSTALLATION & LOCATION SELECTION tips for HOT AIR OVEN

•    HOT AIR OVEN shall be located to protect them from damage by external heat, vibration and mechanical hazards.
•    Ovens shall be located to minimize exposure to power equipment, process equipment and sprinkler risers. Unrelated stock and combustible materials shall be maintained at a fire-safe distance but not less than 10 feet from an oven or ductwork.
•    Furnace shall be located to minimize exposure to people from the possibility of injury from fire, explosion, asphyxiation, and hazardous materials and shall not obstruct personnel travel to exit ways.
•    Ovens shall be located to prevent an ignition source to flammable coating dip tanks, spray booths, storage and mixing rooms for flammable liquids, or exposure to flammable vapor or combustible dust clouds. Furnace should not be located in hazardous locations.

Electric Amplification System Technology






Electric Amplification System is self-looped energy generation technology which operates using industrial waste material. The heat generated from solar heat collector breaks down the industrial waste material which in turn releases immense amount of energy. This huge amount of energy creates extreme high heat sufficient to run the turbines and the generator. The Sulphur used in the Electric Amplification system (EAS) Prototype cools down very slowly and thus produce power even after the sunset. The technology is a self-looped generator which uses the feedstock again and produces energy through solar heaters.

Technical Revolution
